Warranty Coverage Overview

At Downtown Mobile, we guarantee our workmanship and the quality of parts used in your repair. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor.

What's Covered

Our 90-day warranty covers the following:

  • Defective Parts: If a replacement part fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we'll replace it at no charge.
  • Workmanship Issues: If the specific repair we performed fails due to our workmanship, we'll fix it free of charge.
  • Same Issue Recurrence: If the same problem we repaired comes back within 90 days under normal use, we'll re-repair it at no cost.

What's NOT Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage: New drops, impacts, cracks, or physical damage that occurs after the repair.
  • Liquid Damage: Water damage or liquid exposure that occurs after our repair.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Devices that have been opened, modified, or repaired by another party after our service.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Battery capacity degradation over time, cosmetic wear, or other normal aging.
  • Unrelated Issues: Problems with parts or functions we didn't repair.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow device care instructions.
  • Software Issues: Operating system problems, app crashes, or software-related issues (unless software service was specifically performed).

Bring Your Device

Bring your device and original receipt to our shop for inspection.

We'll Make It Right

If the issue is warranty-covered, we'll repair it at no charge. Most warranty repairs are completed same-day.

Important Notes

  • You must present your original repair receipt to claim warranty service.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 90 days of the original repair date.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the device to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
