Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

Downtown Mobile provides phone and mobile device repair services at our location in Turlock, CA. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointments and Quotes

  • All appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on actual repair needs
  • Walk-in customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis
  • We reserve the right to refuse any repair we deem unsafe or impractical

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of repair services
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • No payment is required to schedule appointments or request quotes
  • You will be informed of all costs before repair work begins

Device Responsibility

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair
  • We are not responsible for data loss during repairs
  • Devices left for more than 30 days without contact may be considered abandoned
  • We are not responsible for items left in device cases or accessories

Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. The warranty covers:

  • Defects in parts used during repair
  • Workmanship issues related to the specific repair performed

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or liquid damage after repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Devices that have been opened or repaired by others after our service

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair service.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Downtown Mobile and protected by copyright laws.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
